Karel Holst

Karel is a lawyer with proven experience as a consultant & legal interim manager. He specialises in ICT law (IT contracts and data protection).

He has extensive experience with tech start-ups & scale-ups, regulated industries and government work.

Karel holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven.

He is also a Certified Information Security Consultant and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), which allows him to act as a DPO.

Finally, Karel is a frequent speaker on data protection and ICT law.
