Ethan Humphreys

Ethan Humphreys is a Senior Legal Counsel IT/IP at IFORI with proven experience in intellectual property law, commercial contracts & compliance.

He has extensive experience as an IP Lead, focusing on trademarks, trade secrets, and licensing. In addition, he has expertise in compliance, particularly in the field of GDPR, the AI Act and MDR.

Ethan is currently completing a Master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Leuven. He holds an Advanced Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and Knowledge Management from Maastricht University.

In his previous role as a Legal Consultant, he has helped both SMEs and multinational companies. He is an experienced speaker and has participated in moot courts and events.
