IFORI advises Resortecs:
- IFORI’s director Bernard Gravez serves as a strategic advisor on the Advisory Board of Resortecs.
- IFORI supports Resortecs in drawing up the protection strategy and monitors the protection of the background and foreground know-how and trade secrets of Resortecs.
- Our lawyers are also responsible for drawing up and negotiating the contractual framework, both in the R&D phase and in the exploitation phase (NDAs, co-development or joint research agreements, testing agreements, licensing & production agreements, etc.).
- In addition, we advise on safeguarding the IP when concluding employment contracts, PSAs & management agreements with freelancers, shareholder agreements and contributions to the company.
