Private client – Right to be forgotten in media

The Client

The Client is a private person who’s name and portrait was displayed in several national & international newspapers. Due to negative effect on its private and profesional life, the Client whised to remove and/or anonymize all links with his name.

The Project

IFORI was approached by the Client, because of IFORI’s unique approach on conflict resolution. For those kind of disputes, judicial proceedings involve high costs and are often not satisfactory. After several attempt to find an amicable settlement, Ifori filed claims and assisted the client through several non-judicial proceedings.
