Book ‘Practical guide to trading in art and antiques’!

The ambition of this book is to collect and explain for the first time in one work the complex and fragmented regulations applicable to the trade in art and antiques in Belgium. In addition to being a legal work, it also aims to be a practical guide that, as a layman, helps the seller and the prospective buyer navigate the amalgam of obligations that apply to them, whether regional, federal, European or international.
